Since 1999, Laurent Ruggeri has taken over from his parents in the kitchen. With his brother, they continue the family tradition by proposing tasty cuisine that pays homage to the generous Lauragais terroir. In particular, they have carefully preserved the iconic cassoulet recipe passed down by their elders which, thanks to its manufacturing secret, makes it one of the best in the region! Just ask the regulars!
In their restaurant, you can taste other regional specialties (foie gras, confit, flan, etc.) always cooked using fresh, quality products mainly from local producers. Beautiful dishes that you can enjoy by the 18th century fireplace in the restaurant or on the sunny terrace in fine weather.
